Research: Study of market trends, materials and technologies.
Concept and Design: Creating the initial concept and product sketches. This phase often involves both the client and the creative team to establish the vision and design of the product.
Model Creation: Transforming the design into a technical model (paper pattern) or program that will be used to create the prototype.
Prototyping: Creation of the first prototype based on the model/program. This phase allows the design to be tested and any changes to be made before large-scale production.
Material Selection: Choice of fabrics, accessories and components needed for production, based on project specifications.
Sourcing: Acquisition of materials from suppliers, ensuring the quality and availability of the necessary resources.
Prototypes: Creating prototypes of the final product, which are used for presentation to customers or for internal quality controls.
In-Line Production: Starting large-scale production based on the approved sample. This stage may involve numerous operators and machines depending on the complexity of the product.
Inline Quality Control: Regular inspections along the production chain to ensure that quality standards are maintained at every stage.
Final Inspection: Full inspection of all finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Packaging: Preparing and packaging products for shipment, ensuring they are ready for distribution.
Distribution : Arranging the shipment of finished products to the end customer. This may include managing storage and transportation operations.
Customer Support : Handling any post-sales needs, such as adjustments, repairs or additional production based on new requests.
